Testing for Blue Belt and finishing the 5th kub study guide

Hello! Or, anyung haseou :)

So just a few things since son i'll be off to learn jumping front kick (blue belt material! :P). One, after preparing to test for blue belt this month, preparing to not test for blue belt this month, and preparing to test again, we are now officially testing on the nineteenth. If you want to come watch, its at the brandon dojhang .. email me if you don't know where that is. I don't know the time yet, sorry.

Two, after long lasting head banging sessions i have finally memorized everything on my green belt attendance card. I'm working on reviewing everything in my tiny (ha!) tae kwon do journal, and learning how to say these things backwards : 1) hana dul set net dasot yasot elgub yadohl ahop yul 2) il ee som sa oh yuk chil pahl ku shib. Mostly I'm doing this because Instructor Jin has begun asking people as though he knows they can't do it .. I expect that he's going to ask at the blue belt test and i really, really want to know it by then. Seriously want to know it :P Even just one. So, yeah.

Three, just to show off, i'm going to type the last, hardest fact on my study guide.

Relaxation and Strength Excersizes

Effective kicks and punches begin with relaxation for speed and tightness for strength. Therefore, we practice each seperately and then put them together, the strength excersises increase muscle tone and gather energy, and the relaxation excersizes develop speed and agility.

Well, I don't really have anything else to say, but I'll update soon. Perhaps after demo practice.

Thank you for reading, or, Consamida,

The Tae Kwon-Do Kid ♥♥
